Working in big company..I really learn a lot a lot...

When i work in small company, the process from joining their company to sign whatever policy only takes 30 mins..

Big company..Need 2 hours...

Communication is so board in big organization...

To get a thing done...so many things need to be done first..haiz..

I need to be so daring to do so many new things on my own..

Boss will just forward you whatever E-mail and tell you to follow up or FYNA!!!

Just throw you with alot of thing and you are left to settle on your own!!!

Working with smart people make me feel that i am very lousy..

Low self Esteem....

Third day of work I got OT!!!

Luckily...the good thing about big company is the benefits:

Can claim food, claim taxi, free drinks.....

Never regert joining this company...Really a big eye opening experience..

But next time..i will nv join for long term...

Seriously..

I still think that being a housewife is the best!!!!
